This is a GREAT dress, womens size large, from Newport News. This will fit a huge array of sizes from a womens large (12 or so) all the way up to an xl or 16. It's got dolman style short sleeves, a wide elasticized waistband and a long, full skirt. I've worn this just once, but it has so many different ways to wear it. In the summer, it's great with bare arms and legs and a pair of wedge or platform heels and in the winter, layer it over tights and boots with a chunky cardigan or jacket.
